Refunds and returns

In the case your order was mixed and you received the wrong item, please contact us at sales@ara-macao.com to flag the incident. Please submit your receipt as proof of purchase and after careful review we'll ensure you receive the correct order 5 days after. 

In the rare occasion you receive damaged perishable goods (roasted coffee beans) we will refund 100% of your purchase.
